Please note that you don't have to be a member of the Northern Illinois Street Rod Association, to particpate in any of our events. We would suggest that you contact us through e-mail (listed below) to let us know that you plan to attend. Thanks and we look forward to meeting you!
All of our events typically involve food and drinks along the way. They are good times, good friends and a great opportunity to talk cars!
Monday, July 1st - Monthly Club Business Meeting

Saturday, August 3rd through Sunday, August 4th - Driving Trip to Attend the 2nd Annual Chasing Cars Car Show in Des Moines, IA
The 2nd Annual Chasing Cars Car Show in Des Moines, IA takes place on the campus of Drake University located at the Olmsted Center, 2875 University Ave, Des Moines, IA.
We plan to travel from Elgin out to Des Moines, the morning of August 3rd and then attend the car show on Sunday, August 4th. We will likely drive home on Sunday, late afternoon and evening.

Friday, August 16th through Sunday August 18th - Driving Trip to Attend the National Street Rod Association (NSRA) QUAD CITIES STREET ROD NATIONALS
Mississippi Valley Fair in Davenport, IA
The NSRA Quad Cities Street Rod Nationals takes place at the Mississippi Valley Fair in Davenport, Iowa on Friday, August 16th and Saturday, August 17th.
We plan to travel from Elgin out to Davenport, the morning of August 16th and then attend the car show that afternoon. On Saturday, August 17th, we will attend the car show again. On Sunday, Ausust 18th, we will head back home.
If you might be interested to join us, we would be happy to have you travel with us! We suggest that you visit the National Street Rod Association website to review the requirements and register your vehicle.
